Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TraceAI website and any related AI agent, preview, or integration made available under the TraceAI name.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TraceAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
TraceAI provides a website and may provide implementation services, software, AI agent features, automation tools, connected data workflows, previews, and related support. The scope of a dedicated Tracey implementation is defined by the applicable written proposal or agreement.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the service only if you are legally permitted to do so and, if acting for an organization, you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or normal operation of the service.
- Upload or submit data that you do not have the right to use.
- Use the service to develop or distribute malware, spam, fraud, or harmful automated behavior.
5. Customer Data and Permissions
You retain responsibility for the content and data you submit or connect to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and notices required to allow TraceAI to process that data on your behalf.
If you connect Google Workspace or another third-party system, you authorize TraceAI to access only the data permitted by the scopes or permissions you approve.
6. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and validating important decisions before relying on them, especially in legal, financial, operational, or compliance-sensitive contexts.
7. Intellectual Property
TraceAI's branding, website content, and general materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or resell those materials except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
Customer rights in infrastructure, data, outputs, configuration, custom workflow materials, software, and source code—including any right to maintain, modify, or extend a dedicated implementation—are governed by the applicable written proposal or agreement.
8. Third-Party Services
The service may interoperate with third-party products such as Google Workspace. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and TraceAI is not responsible for their independent operation.
9. Availability and Changes
TraceAI may modify the public website and preview functionality. Availability, updates, support, and continuity for a dedicated customer implementation are governed by the applicable written proposal or agreement.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraceAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.
12. Termination
TraceAI may suspend access to TraceAI-operated services if these Terms are violated, if access creates risk for the service or others, or if required by law. Rights and obligations for a customer-controlled implementation are governed by the applicable written proposal or agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
TraceAI may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
