• Account and contact information, such as name, email address, organization, and login details.
• Workspace and connected data that you choose to authorize, such as Google Workspace files, messages, calendars, or profile information.
• Prompts, instructions, outputs, usage logs, device details, and technical diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• A first-party functional cookie that remembers your selected site language for up to one year.

3. How We Use Information

TraceAI may use information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and support the service.
• Authenticate users and manage access to connected systems.
• Generate AI-assisted responses, summaries, actions, and workflow outputs requested by the user.

4. Google Workspace and Google API Data

If you choose to connect a Google account or Google Workspace data source, TraceAI will access only the scopes and data the user explicitly authorizes. That data is used only to provide the requested product functionality.

TraceAI does not sell Google Workspace data. TraceAI does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

Where applicable, TraceAI's use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing of Information

TraceAI may share information with service providers that help host, secure, monitor, or operate the service, and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, customers, or the service itself.

TraceAI does not sell personal information or Google Workspace data to data brokers or other third parties.

TraceAI retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and deployment configuration.

You may choose whether to connect external systems, and you may revoke access through the connected provider or through service settings when available. If you stop using the service, some data may still be retained for security, compliance, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.

TraceAI is not intended for children under 13, and the service is not directed to children.
