- Generate AI-assisted responses, summaries, actions, and workflow outputs requested by the user.
- Monitor performance, investigate abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Google Workspace and Google API Data
If you choose to connect a Google account or Google Workspace data source, Trace AI will access only the scopes and data the user explicitly authorizes. That data is used only to provide the requested product functionality.
Trace AI does not sell Google Workspace data. Trace AI does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.
Where applicable, Trace AI's use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
Trace AI may share information with service providers that help host, secure, monitor, or operate the service, and when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, customers, or the service itself.
Trace AI does not sell personal information or Google Workspace data to data brokers or other third parties.
6. Data Retention

7. Security
Trace AI takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your Choices
You may choose whether to connect external systems, and you may revoke access through the connected provider or through service settings when available. If you stop using the service, some data may still be retained for security, compliance, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.
9. Children
Trace AI is not intended for children under 13, and the service is not directed to children.
10. Changes to This Policy
Trace AI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If the use of data changes in a material way, the policy will be updated before the new use begins.
